Hi, my name is
Turning complex problems into reliable systems.

I turn complex problems into reliable systems. Across roughly 7 years of full-stack development, I have built and maintained AGT-certified billing platforms used by dozens of companies, integrated with banks and payment operators (REST and SOAP) in a high-transaction environment with strict tax-compliance requirements.
My strength is the backend: modelling financial domains, guaranteeing correctness and consistency (idempotency, reconciliation, handling failure before the happy path) and exposing clear, tested APIs. I work today in TypeScript with NestJS, Prisma and PostgreSQL, on a solid C#/.NET foundation.
I also bring the track record of someone who moved from .NET/desktop to TypeScript/mobile without losing rigour — and the discipline of learning fast and independently, something 42 Luanda, with its peer-to-peer model, has reinforced.

Featured Project
Problem: Angola's informal micro-businesses are shut out of the credit system because banks cannot measure their risk — there is no sales history, no bookkeeping, no formal trail. Solution: a free financial-management backend for micro entrepreneurs that turns day-to-day sales and expense entries into a structured history usable as a basis for risk assessment. My role: design and implementation of the NestJS-on-Fastify backend with Prisma and PostgreSQL — financial domain modelling, authentication, a documented REST API, and tests. Results: a personal project, developed in the open on GitHub. Stack: NestJS, Fastify, Prisma, PostgreSQL, TypeScript.

Featured Project
Problem: financial institutions had no scalable way to manage the full credit lifecycle, from application to monitoring; manual workflows were slow and error-prone. Solution: a fintech platform for credit analysis, simulation, approval and follow-up. My role: I led the full-stack architecture with NestJS + Prisma on the backend and Next.js on the front, modelled the credit domain, split responsibilities across services, and implemented authentication and real-time notifications. Results: running in production, with the approval cycle shortened against the previous manual process. Stack: NestJS, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, Redis.

Other Projects

Problem: community platforms needed moderation at scale and distinct experiences per user role; managing permissions by hand was unsustainable. Solution: a multi-tier ecosystem (mobile + web + admin) with real-time moderation, credit management and role-based access control. My role: I architected the cross-platform strategy (React Native for users, Next.js for admins), implemented role-based authorisation, and designed the serverless backend with Firebase Cloud Functions. Results: MVP shipped in weeks, with moderation response time cut against the manual flow. Stack: React Native, Expo, Next.js, Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions), TypeScript.

Problem: fragmented accounting and invoicing systems created data silos, manual reconciliation errors and tax-compliance risk. Solution: a unified, API-first platform integrating entities, products, taxes, invoicing and financial reconciliation, with automatic compliance (SAF-T export, multi-tenant support). My role: I architected the domain-driven NestJS backend, designed RBAC access control, optimised queries with Redis caching for a high-transaction environment, and led the DevOps setup (Docker, CI/CD). Results: in enterprise use, with end-to-end auditable invoicing and reconciliation. Stack: NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, CI/CD (Azure DevOps).

Problem: AnyConnect needed a modern digital presence and a unified backoffice to manage institutional content, services, press, news, projects, and quote requests. Without this, site updates and commercial workflows remained fragmented, slow, and prone to inconsistencies. Solution: Developed a full corporate web platform with a complete CMS, combining the public website and admin dashboard. The system includes content management (news, press, services, and projects), video banner on the homepage, dynamic category-based navigation, and lead capture through a quote request form with structured email delivery. My Role: Worked as a full-stack developer across architecture and implementation, building Blade templates, institutional frontend experience, admin modules (CRUD), relational database integration, user authentication, and asynchronous quote flow on the frontend. Results: The project consolidated marketing and content operations in a single system, accelerated publication workflows, improved the public-site navigation experience, and created a standardized digital channel for commercial opportunities. Tech Stack: Laravel (PHP), Blade, Bootstrap, JavaScript, MySQL/MariaDB, DataTables, TinyMCE, HTML/CSS, Linux.

Problem: an alluvial diamond miner in Lunda-Norte needed its own institutional presence, able to communicate its operation and its social and environmental commitments, and to be updated by the company itself without a developer in the loop for every news item. Solution: a WordPress institutional site covering company profile, commitments, activities (mining, geology and prospection, metallurgy), multimedia, news and contacts, all managed through the CMS. My role: built the site, structured the content types and pages, and set up the back office so the team could publish on its own. Stack: WordPress, PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript.

Problem: the company needed an institutional site covering both the mining operation and its social and environmental responsibility programme, with navigation able to carry several levels of content without becoming confusing. Solution: a WordPress site with a multi-level navigation tree - about, commitments (social responsibility: education, health, training, culture and leisure, agriculture; environmental responsibility: environmental education, reforestation), activities, events and news - all editable through the CMS, with a Portuguese/English language switcher. My role: built the site, modelled the content structure and integrated the back office. Stack: WordPress, PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript.

Corporate website built in WordPress for BEC, covering the company profile and its business lines — mining, services and trading — alongside a press area and contacts, with a Portuguese/English language switcher. My role: built the site, structured the pages and business-line sections, and configured the back office so the team could publish on its own. Stack: WordPress, PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
